You need to translate from the English strings file, you can view or download it here. Copy the file and open the file in your favourite ASCII text editor (Notepad for example). Replace all the lines behind the equal-to sign (=). Please note that a ; is considered as comment.

Now do you need to go to Step 2, putting it up to the website. Always check wether a translation to your language in the latest version exists. If you've foudn errors in it, you can report them here.
Now the real work: Copy all the text you've just translated to the Windows clipboard, and past it in the big textbox below. Please fill in all the other fields correctly. Click on the "Next" button and your translation should be placed in the Language Files section. If you don't see your translation directly, is the file maybe cached. In that case do you need to reload the page.
